AI Interview Trainer is a web-based SaaS product that provides AI-powered interview practice, scoring, and feedback experiences.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, providing accurate information, and using the service in compliance with applicable laws.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with operations, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
Payments and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select (for example, monthly). By purchasing, you authorize applicable charges, including taxes where required, through your selected payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.
Cancellation and plan changes
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk to the service, users, or legal compliance.
Intellectual property
All product content, software, branding, and design are owned by Anish Studio or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the service.
Limitation of liability

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
