Refund eligibility
Refunds are available for eligible purchases made directly through our web checkout. In general, first-time individual plan purchases are eligible when requested within the refund window and when no abuse or fraud signals are present.
Refund timeframe
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
How to request a refund
Email support@anish.studio with your purchase email, transaction details, and reason for the request.
Cases where refunds may not be granted
- Requests submitted after the 14-day refund window.
- Abuse, repeated policy exploitation, or fraudulent behavior.
- Accounts terminated for violating the Terms of Service.
- Duplicate charges that have already been reversed or refunded.
Processing time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider and bank.
